Description

sedimentation blocking culverts, culverts clogged, impeding north to south stormwater flow. Tenant at 409 Shadylawn has filled in section of open roadside ditch that causes water flowing south on east side of Shadylawn Ave. to back up and then overtop the driveway at 409 ShadyLawn and enter structure. Ditch and culverts on east side of Shadylawn Ave need to be cleaned.
