This van has been sitting in this NO STANDING zone since 6:00pm yesterday (it is now 5:00 - almost. 24 hrs). And it is not because of the snow that they park there. They just did not move it although there is parking elsewhere in the close vicinity. A snow plow almost could not make it around the corner because of this car. And with a car parked across the street, emergency vehicles definitely cannot make this turn. It needs ticketing and towing.
