Skate boarders must have jumped on top of the new railing. Cracked through totally in middle, part way on each side. Pulled in direction of street. Paint scraped off on patches and thin streaks. This happened before Christmas and was reported to the PWA, but probably not the Call Center. Nancy Karigaca
