there are about 10-12 black trash bags put on the road that have been sitting there for weeks.

can you pick them up, please. They were put out by the owners of the tan/blue ranch but maybe they don't have a green trash container.

whoever put the trash out could have easily scheduled a bulk trash pick up, provided by the city for free.....such an eye sore
