Description

Eastbound Bissonnet at Main St. The light to turn left from Bissonnet onto Main St does not function properly. Some days it shows the arrow to turn every cycle, some days it shows every other cycle, some days it does not cycle to the arrow. It causes a backup, confusion, cars darting out into traffic to find a way around the light, or cars turning left without the arrow. Would make more sense for this to work as the previous light does with a protected turn on the arrow and allowed turn on green.
