Service request #14-00014192 is reported as having been closed as of Jan. 4, 2:10 pm, with signal working appropriately. Yet, on Jan 4 at about 3 pm, I sat through 2 traffic light cycles with NO right turn arrow. Finally, on the third cycle, the right turn arrow appeared--a long line of cars in Safeway exit lane, lots of horn honking. If the working design is for the right turn arrow to appear only every 2nd or 3rd light cycle, please inform the public.
