We started enforcing at 12:00 when the snow emergency went into effect. Primary focus starts on the main arteries, for ticketing then towing. We will then redirect resources to the secondary roads. Primary penalties for violation of snow emergency rules is a fine, and the DPW will request tows where the vehicle prevents access to the street. This will mean some vehicles parked illegally will make plowing more difficult and be fined for doing such.
