I daily cannot safely use the public sidewalk because Hitchcock continues to have a party outside. They are also using public benches for restaurant seating. I believe this property and business are not in compliance with current Covid-19 restrictions. I will complain to the State if nothing is done.

PW visited the site and met with the restaurant manager. Hitchcock Restaurant has a valid cafe permit with the city and it was determined that the placement of tables and fixtures is consistent with applicable Special Event Permit and with Sidewalk Cafe conditions of use.
In addition, the restaurant manager is mindful of his duty to disperse patrons once they have been served.
