Why can't OPW Dept.at least say something about this issue being "referred" to another agency and name that agency?

Don't think it's really resolved until there's a hump, it's like the Santa Rita Expressway over here. Should be clearly posted 25 mph for those who don't know.

The City of Oakland has had zero traffic enforcement for years. People drive like it. Every road is now a small urban freeway. You really need to watch out every time you drive, bike or walk. There are some crazy drivers out there.
