There is a metal cap of several inches missing from an underground pipe in the middle of the walkway corner of Whalley and Ramsdell St near the Chinese restaurant. Last time I looked, the cap was still missing. This is not a pothole but a pipe going many feet into the ground. This was reported to 911 some time ago and then transferred to the police dept phone number and which put me in touch to an answering machine. With snow on the ground, this is extra dangerous.
