The sewage grate outside the entrance to the Old Spokes Home/Good News Garage/Pho Hong/Laundromat parking lot is subsiding. It's quite dangerous when exiting the parking lot, especially for folks riding bicycles (including OSH customers and staff). This hole was hot patched around Oct/Nov last year but it really needs attention again.
