Description
I'm not understanding how and why the City of Oakland can't crack down on illegal, parking, mass gatherings, vendor on Lakeshore. People who live in the area are under house arrest each weekend and some week days.
Cars are parked in the middle of the street and no parking enforcement, or police give tickets, or maintain crowd control.
This is embarrassing and a unacceptable for the community.
