Description
the vehicle is on city property When they upgraded our now "awesome" Beech Street they paved a couple spots for public parking (for all residents) to help with the new parking restrictions on Beech St, This city property abuts 100 Beech St, same side, it previously had water or possibly anti freeze leak into our sewer system It is also a public safety hazard with large rocks in front of each tire to hold it in place Please remove this car, Thank You so much for your time and concern

This vehicle sits on CITY property, unregistered. Many could have used this spot this past winter.
(Residents did have the other two spots to use.) I saw Cote's junkyard drop it off (with right rear flat tire) "on city property" (they just did the survey before paving and paved three different spots because of new parking restrictions) this is for all residents not just this car that leaks anti freeze and oil, Oil didn't reach the drain. It sits with 4 rocks holding it because its on a steep incline (public safety hazard) The day Cote's delivered, I confronted the tow truck driver about dropping an unregistered vehicle on city property and the following day we phoned the Fitchburg Police Dept. I had no luck, I thank you for this opportunity to express myself. In hopes of a solution.
