I saw another neighbor from Brandon street lead a different dog across the street to this wooded area to let their dog relieve itself. He left the mess where it was and went back to his house. I believe this is a pattern of behavior. The poop mostly washed away in the recent rain, but until then, I'd say that in a ten foot square area you would find 7-8 piles. Please stop the neighbors from doing this. Thank you.
