Most likely means turning left from Church onto Chapel. Hate to say it but will never happen Til maybe someone gets hit and killed. I see it on a daily basis all over where people just walk out in front of you no matter what the traffic is like even with a do not walk signal. Then you have the people on bikes that just blow through red lights and have seen them do it with cops right there.

There seems very little policing going in this city, worse downtown. Jaywalkers, bikes speeding down sidewalks, cars speeding, turning right on red where not allowed, double parking blocking traffic even when there's a spot 2 or 3 spaces up, they put their 4-way flashers on like that makes legal, police drive by and ignore it all, or worse are park and watching it all. WHAT EVER HAPPEN TO QUALITY OF LIFE LAWS. Then there's property and business owners who do not clean their side walks of snow and ice. Littering, de-facing public property with posters, signs stickers. Is anyone in charge?? Seems the inmates are running the show.

Someone was hit by a car the other day. I do not know if it was because of jaywalking.
