I think the intersection of Monitor & Meeker needs a traffic light or stop sign.

It's extremely busy almost all the time. Despite having a clearly marked crosswalk, cars do not even slow down for those (adults, kids, dogs) trying to cross the street.

Some drivers even seem to speed up :(
