What is the effect of the increased in distance and the geographical change of the NEW proposed VPD BASE.
What are the effect of changing the multiple ACCESS ROUTES to various parts of the CITY from the EXISTING VPD BASE and the proposed location as it pertains to the SERVICE CIRCUMFERENCE

Study to show AVERAGE response time of VPD on EXISTING CALLS when VPD is in periods of OFFICERS in short staff.
