Description
A resident with one vehicle who uses the driveway has blocked off the entire parking area in front of her home with 4 large cylinder blocks taking up two spaces in front of her home. To be clear, no one else lives in the home and she gets no visitors, but refuses to allow neighbors to park in front of her home. Please help. This has been going on for over a year.
