Description

There is a piece of lumber screwed into place at the bottom of the railing in front of this property that is sticking into the middle of the sidewalk. This is a hazard to all passersby, but is especially dangerous to those who are visually impaired, using a wheelchair/scooter, or pushing a stroller. This sidewalk is right next to the street, so the lack space around the piece of lumber is especially dangerous.
