Hi friendly Burlington Electric staffer,
Multiple members of the family – at 43 LaFountain St. in the Old North End – throw trash/beer cartons/empty food containers on the street or the curb. It happens multiple times a week.

I'm not sure how to address the problem. I'm not sure what language they speak – they're a New American family. Should I leave a note? Get a social worker involved? (The cops stop by the house often, re. family disputes.)
