Deskripsyon

There is a large open sewer in this area, I have seen neighborhood kids climb down into the sewer and climb out another opening. This seems dangerous that the opening is large enough for kids to fit into. Can there be something done, or some kind of fence put up to block kids from going there, and possibly getting seriously hurt. I find it sickening that no one is taking this serious, but when a child falls in, gets hurt, questions will arise as to why this area is like this.
