picture of on of the lights during the day (can't see them at night). you can see how the lights are busted and have no bulbs in them. bums are now loitering, sleeping, and littering this area. please fix these lights!

you can even barely see a homeless person/bum/thug in the shadows on the left. people have started having sex in the dark here too. this needs fixed!

seriously, how hard is it to change a light bulb?...
