This house never shovels the sidewalks for the postman or shovels their driveway. They have been offered to borrow the neighbor's snow-blower if they add gas or the neighbor would even do it if they paid a small amount to cover gas ($5-$10). This is a rental property and it is a young student who can an should shovel as the neighbor is a friend and has health problems that offered the snow-blower! What is wrong with these younger kids and their lazzieness?? All the rentals in this area seem to have this issue this year! They also don't mow the lawns in the summer time. I also thought it was the mail person's duty to report any walks not shoveled. This one just goes up the driveway the other neighbor clears and the kid clears a path only from the car to the house an that's it. Not very neighborly in my book.
