7:40am EVERY MORNING This car does 40 mph+ down Roberts rd
With NO MUFFLER, extremely dark tinted windows, blacked out brake lights
I am not calling the police due to poor community interactions You pass this along TO WHOMEVER CAN MAKE THE NOISE AND DANGER STOP
