Description

Dumped washing machine, water heater, rusty empty propane bottle, exercise machine, furniture and much potentially flammable trash. Blocking the sidewalk and taking up parking spaces. Located at the south side of 28th Street, just east of Mandela Parkway. 5/8/21 photo.
