Descrição

5061 Kingsley rd is being used as a used car lot. As of Sunday 5/09/21 there was about 11 cars in the yard without plates. Gates were open so people can come in to check them out. The occupant of the house says he has a car dealers license (from out of state) so he is covered. There is a tall white fence surrounding the property to try to hide what he is doing. Please help.

It’s ridiculous that the city of North Port allows this to go on in a clearly zoned RESIDENTIAL neighborhood.

I was also disgusted/. on Otis rd 5 vehicles parked front yard 3 no tags. High grass nice home being destroyed. By possible renters. Unsure. But reported. Nothing done

Jeff Stewart: Typical of City of North Port code enforcement. They do little to nothing to enforce codes and protect the property values and aesthetics of the city. Months go by with no action and complaints get closed without meaningful resolution.

The house at 5061 did not have cars there that were not plated. There were cars back there for a Mother’s Day bar b q
And all of our cars had license plates. We parked back there since we could not park on the street.
If someone had thought to stop and ask instead of complain they would of known.
