The turn arrow for south bound Lindsay to turn East Bound on to Ocotillo is never functional and always flashes green. This is especially dangerous during the busy hours 7am-9am and 2pm-6pm and gets worse when the school in area is releasing. The single lane traffic going north bound backs up so far you are lucky to get one car to turn left when the light is changing to red.
