Traveling east on Spring Forest Rd towards Louisburg Rd The Arrows making turn lanes and through lanes are incorrect near 4100 Spring Forest Rd. The same lanes that are marked as through lanes prior to this address are the marked turning left lanes less than 100 feet East. The lanes in front of the Food Lion back Entrance should be marked Left not Through and a Through and Right Turn arrow marked on the southerly most lane. Other wise cars are shifting lanes right in front of 4100 Spring Forest to get in the proper lane at the last minute and potentially creating a safety situation.
