How about this, the Mayor's car is parked illegal and there are cars parked all over the lawn at this house for a party for the Mayor of West Haven re election.

The mayor is best friend with the owner of the house so I doubt the police will do anything.

its mowner is public record, call assessors office,..... the ole gripevine being effecive addressing important issues as usual. Nothing is confidential on line...........
