    Cars block visibility of the crosswalks when they are on the shoulders of the road during school pick-up times. Children pop out onto the road and you can't see them coming until they are actually in the lane because there are cars parked within inches of the crosswalk on both sides

    Reporting again as nothing has been done to stop this dog from barking at all hours of the day and anytime people go out in their own backyards. Same complaints, responses, and process followed as Issue # 13992632 and yet months go on with no relief from dog barking. Please step in and save our sanity.

    this is a crosswalk on the east side of ordway which crosses the road to the Bainbridge Special Education Services building. half of the crosswalk is clearly visible (as shown in picture) but this half is often hidden by cars parked in the parking spots there. the other half of the crosswalk, the half which is actually “visible” to and in the path of a car driving down the street, is nearly entirely worn away. (as shown in picture). not to mention the bushes there (left side of the crosswalk) which make it an entirely blind corner which i tend to have to peek around to see if a car is coming.
    i walk across this crosswalk every day when i get out of school at BHS and in the first 4 months of this year (january-april) i’ve been nearly hit there about half a dozen times.

    As first reported OVER one MONTH ago. A non-commercial radio tower has been constructed in the setback. In addition, this construction was done without permit. It was also done without the required variance, as this lot has already exceeded it's maximum allowable coverage. Code Enforcement completed a site visit on 4/9/24 and stated that a NOV would be issued. No e-mails from COBI have been returned or acknowledged in the time since, nor has there been any other follow up, despite repeated attempts to contact Code Enforcement.
