    The turn signal "green" is literally set at two-seconds. No longer than that! I have timed it at two different time periods on three different days this week. The turn lane is small (way too small) and only holds 6-8 vehicles but the cars are getting caught in the intersection as they try to turn eastbound onto Pecos. The turn lane on north Power turning westbound onto Pecos is set at 12-15 seconds..??? It also has two turn lanes which means more cars should be able to turn within the time period. What is going on? It is ridiculous and dangerous.

    Pioneer Elementary school is constantly having an issue of speeding down Greenfield through the 35mph school zone. There are several children on Greenfield biking or using scooters to get to school and cars are traveling too fast. Many close calls between busses leaving Pioneer and northbound drivers on Greenfield trying to "beat the light" at Baseline/Greenfield. Morning traffic is most notorious for this.

    Closing the right lane at one of the busiest lights on Power is a bad idea. It is nearly impossible to get out of the school with the traffic leading all the way to the light at Guadalupe. The traffic has gotten so much worse in the two days the lane has been closed. Please reconsider this unnecessary hindrance to everyday traffic.
