I need the main line checked from 2106 Greenwood Ave to the city line as we get intermittent sewer smells from the basement

Street light in front of 2105 Greenwood Ave doesn't work.

Constant trash left by sports parents and kids whom park in the open field next to Beard Field at the school here. PLEASE at the very least put up "No Littering" signs. The school needs to be accountable for this. The buildup of litter becomes depressing at times. Local residents frequently pick up after the parents and kids that throw empty sports drink bottles and random trash out of their cars when they leave the field.

House has been abandoned for years. Attracts rats, ferrel cats and other animals living under and around property. The house needs to be torn down.
