    The shoulder of the northbound lane of Hanover road at approximately 6414 through 6478 Hanover road pools with water after rain, significantly spreading into the roadway and causing cars to go hydroplane in a blind curve. the shoulder and road at this location have to come cracked in numerous places after long periods of pooled water that cannot drain into a nearby drain that is above it in elevation.

This will be my third time reporting this deteriorating condition. the eastbound lane and surrounding area are all heavily damaged and now is crumbling off into the shoulder. Cars veer into the opposing lane of traffic to avoid this eastbound lane.

    At the intersection of Hanover Road and Hi Tech Drive, where Hanover Road going eastbound turns onto Hi Tech Drive, a crack formed in the traffic lane in Fall 2018 that has spread significantly since winter. Please consider patching it. This area has a sharp downward pitch onto Hi Tech Drive and will likely create hazardous conditions if it fails.

    On the westbound lane of Hanover Road, concrete chunks and around 20 trash bags have been dumped. On the eastbound lane, around 10 pieces of particle board, trash, and tires have been dumped. Both dumping sites are in sight of one another and east of the MD295 overpass on the shoulder of both sides of the road.

The rubble from crumbling asphalt presents a road hazard as one is prone to skid when applying their brakes on this rubble in the rain. Please consider repaving and sweeping Smith Avenue.

    The southbound lane of Coca Cola at Banbury Dr has recently undergone a repair that is failing. The patch is sinking rapidly and causes considerable jarring when crossing. Cars are moving into the turning lane to avoid this spot. Please build up this repaired spot before it fails around some sort of sewer cap it is surrounding.

    The intersection of Coca Cola Drive and St Margarets Drive (which turns into Park Cir Dr as it crossed Coca Cola) has become increasingly hazardous to cross. The road in the Northbound lands of Coca Cola are crumbled such that people swerve into lanes to avoid the crumbled sections and potholes. Once over the intersection, the first fifty yards of Coca Cola also have large sunken spots and potholes forming. These are alignment damaging sunken areas. Consider repaving this intersection.
