This missing electrical/traffic box lid has been missing for a very long time and someone marked it with four metal stakes. Please complete the repair/replacement as it is a hazard. If the box is abandoned, then please remove it and top dress with granite.

Hello. I am the community manager for the Bridges at Gilbert. On the North side of Soboba, just west of Ficus there are two electrical boxes with three slabs of concrete in front of them and marked with the #2. Someone (not the HOA) chipped away portions of the 3 concrete slabs and repaired with asphalt, which does not suffice for a permanent repair. This is now a tripping hazard as just reported to me by a resident. Thank you for your prompt attention.

There are several trees still down from the 7/9/21 wind storm along Ocotillo on the north side between Higley and Recker from the July in the granite areas maintained by the Town. Please advise when they will be removed and if the Town plans on replacing them when the weather is appropriate. Thank you.

I am the community manager for the Bridges at Gilbert and a resident has shared a concern as follows:

"Wondering if it is an HOA request or a city request to put in a stop sign in the Bridges neighborhood. We live on Arroyo Ln. and it is a big cross through street for many people in Bridges North. Coming off of Strawberry headed West to Arroyo there is not a stop sign and people come cruising around that corner and it is dangerous. "

Can you help or direct me to the proper person to inquire with?

Hello - I am the community manager for the Bridges at Gilbert Community Association. This past week, I have heard from two residents within the vicinity of the map I provided that there are insects swarming to the extent that they are unable to use their yards. A pest control vendor stated they are coming from the water in the Recharge Facility which needs to be treated. These owners are calling them gnats though. Not sure, but I do know that you are always great about jumping on these issues quickly. Thanks as always for all you do. Cathy
