    Here are illegal dumpers caught in the act on Wood Street. I called OPD because they threatened me when I told them to stop, and picked up rocks to throw at my car. They drove off but left about 10 fluorescent tubes- the car was full, probably about 80 tubes. License plate 3BOC976. Silver minivan.

    I reported this before but since created an account on SCF. This is the wood pile and detritus of a homeless camp. The main guy is Darius. He is friendly enough and sells wood chairs he makes. But he has a violent temper. There is crack smoking paraphernalia in here as well as paint cans. These guys seem to huff chemicals too. Just FYI to share what I know. I spent 2 weeks trying to communicate with him about cleaning and moving and offered help. But in the end it doesn't happen. The wood pile is a serious fire hazard and could catch the entire field to the west on fire if it went up and threaten adjacent buildings.
