    Chatham Rd is the onramp to 580 West in this area. Chatham is a failed road. It is full of potholes. Many potholes are filled, but the road is still in extremely bad shape. It is dangerous for bicycles. This section will damage car tires.

    I reported this situation months ago on this site, but never even received an acknowledgement.
    When you exit 580 West at PArk blvd, you must drive down two blocks of frontage road until you actually reach Park. There are holes—MANY holes, big enough to bend an axle. I blew a tire in one of them months back. It looks as if the road has been bombed repeatedly. I have live near here for almost two years. It has never been touched. They are becoming craters, to the point where I must travel on other streets to get home.

    Many streets in much better condition get attended to. This is truly something that needs attention. PLEASE!!

    The entire Street - Chapman St - there are massive potholes .
    Nothing has been done to repair these holes since moving into this neighborhood 15 years ago. I was just charged over $500.00 to repair - will the City pass this invoice?
    the alignment in my car due to damage caused by the potholes.
    The neighborhood would appreciate some attention to these problems as we all feel totally neglected by the City ...like we don't exist and of no importance.Pls HELP!!! Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Please advise when this problem can be fixed - must have at least 25 pot holes - massive ones !

    This property, and the half-lot behind it at 2409 25th Ave, have been vacant and unmaintained for over 15 years, and have become magnets for illegal dumping, graffiti, squatters, and drug trafficking. Neighbors have been steadily filing blight, nuisance, and non-emergency reports since that time, as well as repeatedly attempting to engage city officials via NCPC meetings and making calls to our neighborhood PSO and city council member. This lack of responsiveness is extremely discouraging to our neighbors, who, again, have been practically begging for 15 years. In the meantime, the only thing that keeps the illegal dumping under control is the charitable efforts of a local church. The building was formally condemned in 2010, but again, the city has no plans to demolish the structure or otherwise rehabilitate the property. Please help!

    P.S. The attached picture was actually taken on a good day, when the graffiti was minimal and the dumping had been recently hauled off. It regularly gets far worse.

    My home driveway is frequently block or partially blocked by either parked or double parked cars in my neighborhood. Since my driveway is very narrow and the street is also narrow, this makes it either impossible or extremely difficult for me to drive my car off my property. A neighborhood Cordinator suggested submitting a request for parking "T's." I am open to other suggestions available. Thank you.

    The property located at this address has been an ongoing source of crime, trash dumping, vagrancy, drug dealing, nuisance and blight for years. There have been many complaints tot he city about it but nothing has ever been done. The owner Tavares Tree Service has been a repeat offender for years. The illegal residents on that property frequently dump trash across the street on the corner as well as pile trash and debris in front of the property on the sidewalk and block pedestrian access. Why has the owner never been fined? When is the city services going to clean up this property once and for all?
