    Spotted a rats nest under our front porch. Approx 10-20 rats including young rats. Rats also a major problem in back alley and back porch.

    The residents at 757 Hobart continue dump their waste on my property and at the pocket park on Hobart place. I have spoken to them numerous time concerning this issue. They dump illegally on a daily basis. The Photo shows their name and address in the trash bag. It is time to issue them a citation. This happens a few time a week. My trash cans are clearly marked in English and Spanish concerning illegal dumping and for my private use only.

    The rat problem in the alley is becoming out of of control. They're starting to come out in the evening before the sun even goes down, and don't even run away when people walk by. Gross, and potentially unsafe.

    There has been a large increase in the observation of rats in both the back yard (608, 610, and 612 Columbia Road) and front yard (under porch of 608 and 610 Columbia Road) over the last two months. Please do the necessary abatement soon as the problem appears to be getting worse. Thank you.

    This is a dangerous intersection for pedestrians. There is no light, the crosswalk is barely visible to cars, and cars rarely stop for pedestrians here.

    During rush hour you can often see neighbourhood kids standing in the meridian waiting for an opening in 30mph+ traffic. Its only a matter of time before one of them is hit.

    A cross walk light would be ideal.
