Pothole near 3400 Overlook Dr NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33703 just to the east of the bridge before St Raphael's Church. There is a rather large irregular shaped pothole on the right side of the lane on the westbound approach to said bridge that is treacherous to bicycling. If cyclist is avoiding road debris on the shoulder/bike lane the pothole is seen unexpectedly. Also, the roadway begins to narrow there so the cyclist needs to pay attention & merge with traffic.

Please, please, please.... this is a neighborhood road with lots of elementary school age children that people use as a Thruway to avoid 16th Street stop sign. At times people are going 30 plus miles an hour down this road. In the mornings, to avoid the school crossing zone on 16th Street, people are using this as the through road. We have requested numerous occasions this road looked at the possibility of installing speed humps. Please have somebody to review the traffic calming on this section thank you

Homeowners are illegally parking in vacant lot beside house.

Large pothole on the eastbound lane. Lots of gravel to the right, forcing bicyclist to left side of lane, slippery, rider went down injuries as a result & hospitalized.

This house has been in foreclosure for over 5 years. A year ago the bank put a tarp on the roof but the tarp is now ripped and billows in the wind where it isn't completely deteriorated. The yard if overgrown and there is trash up on the front porch.

There is excessive speeding along the stretch of 50th Ave N between 16th & 19th St N. This area also lacks sidewalks. Please look into adding speed tables to slow the traffic down and adding sidewalks as this stretch of 50th Ave N has a high number of child pedestrians.

Nuisance Rooster does not stop making noise for 3 hours in the morning and continues throughout the day. Walking freely through back and front yard.

I've lived here now 2 years and the speeding traffic cutting from 4th to 83rd Ave N through Riverside Dr N and vice versa has increased exponentially. I notice tons of walkers, bikers and strollers coming down the road daily so speeding cars are a HUGE problem. Why is there not some sort of speed humps or traffic calmin devices on this street to prevent the excess speed? Also, it is known issue that speeding on 83rd Ave N/NE is reoccurring problem. With the new park that has been constructed measures need to be taken to prevent speeding and excess traffice from Gandy and 4th from even entering this area. It is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured.

I know its owned by the PCSB but why couldn't this property be appropriated for use as a "pea-patch" or community garden/farm? There's nothing like that on the NE side of town for the public to buy in to and grow food.

Original post 11/2014: "Bridge damage. There is severe spalling of the concrete under the middle span of the 40th Ave bridge. Concrete is falling off and a lot of rebar is exposed in several areas. Cracking is severe."
