    More removals of possibly protected/grand/signature trees. Owner has removed/significantly cut 3 very tall and old trees that were on the property for decades. Were tree-related permits, tree removal applications filed? Called city and was told certified arborist should be involved or does that not apply anymore? Trees appeared to be healthy. What's the story now?

    abandoned house. rat infested. counted at least 6 a night that come out of the roof. there are more I am sure but have to go into my house because I am afraid of getting bit. have special need son and young children are on the other side. have reported this house before to city and whoever will listen.     house next door is undergoing a complete remodel they poured the driveway yesterday there has been heavy equipment used all week long there are no permits in sight and the occupant is doing the majority of the work himself im sure without licence.

    Pot holes in alley. Alley floods when it rains. Alley needs to be raised by gravel to fill the pot holes. All the rain water runs off and floods into neighbors garage/driveway.

    ABANDONED HOME FOR YEARS! Please inform the proper department to get this home back on the market or demolished. It becomes a major eye sore with overgrown grass during the summer, falling fence and homeless people going in the backyard. Rats and other pests have found a home underneath the crawl space and have been seen coming out. If nothing is done by codes, who is the proper person to contact to do something about this property? No owners, no management, nothing happens with this place. PLEASE FIX!

    Illegal car canopy structure. Why are these old-timers that love these dumpy old houses trying to stop new houses in this area? I for one have had it with people making their homes so unique that it looks like a 50+ mobile home park. If you want that old house charm then move to Allendale or Old Northeast. I can't put up a temporary car port and these people install concrete poles with a big ole white mildewy tarp to cover their cars. Unfair and not happy with this. Come out and investigate.
