Our Neighbor is building earth dams to block the flow of water in the city ditch in-front of her property. This is causing the rain water and street runoff to flood all of the surrounding houses.

She is also using several sump pumps to pump her ditch dry, by push the muddy ditch water into our residential housing sewage. This is overworking the sewage system and will only cause grater issues down the road with all of the mud.

We, the surrounding neighbors, have called the city hundreds of times on her, as she has been doing this for several years. Our ditches have several feet of standing water while hers is currently dry. We cannot walk outside due to all the mosquitoes that the standing water is breading. And our residential sewage seems to now be taking a toll from the years of abuse from mud being pushed into it.

Trees are so overgrown the signs cannot be seen from vehicles.

The roadway is completely eroding into our property due to public parking, storms, etc. People are having a hard time parking and getting out of the passenger side due to the erosion getting so high. It is getting worse by the day and coming into our private property.

Pavement edge has failed and the erosion is cutting into the travel lane in two locations on the east side of the road. The location is south of the entrance to Bayvile golf clubhouse

There is a significant amount of cement still sitting at the site of the hole a jar and no longer flat. The pothole is significant in size and is causing safety concerns for my car and also those around me in an attempt to avoid it.

Grass is about a foot high and needs mowing on city property. This was previously mowed on a schedule as was the part at pleasure lake off of Lookout past pleasurehouse road. Now it seems as though we have to report it as needing mowing to get it cared for. Please cut it and put it on the routine cutting schedule. A citizen has been cutting a path to allow walking.

hedges are blocking street view because there is an s curve. I can not see backing out my driveway. I almost backed over my neighbor lady because I could see her walking. my neighbor was walking across the street almost got hit by a car because you can not see the street and the s curve. I have been calling for years as and when I could cut part of the hedges the neighbor would get mad. all the neighbors can not see around the curve an accident of some kind is going to happen. please take care this issue.

My Black Trash can is gone. My neighbors do not have it. I’m afraid it fell in the truck during collection.
