  • I am 7 months pregnant and a student trying to get on the bus today and I forgot my card home but I showed the driver my virtual card and it has money on it, can you please email me ASAP! The QR code to access transportation not to have trouble traveling on my return trip.
  • I put $5 on my flamingo card but my debit card was chrged twice. For a total of $10.
  • I have two cards on my virtual flamingo app and I can only use one. I want to shut down the one with $12.00 on it and add it to the card with the lesser amount or the newer card. I have had that $12.00 on that card for about a year now and I need to get it off.
  • I have the Flamingo app on my phone with a small balance. Sometimes it does not work when I try to use it for a bus ride.

    The driver, he/ she/it name of Donald was very rude to all individuals on the trolley ride from stop 6 to 1. This driver refused to let us open the windows, in fact, I did since I thought I was going to faint- this driver - stopped the trolley - got off the trolley to come
