Pile of blocks and debris dumped in front of mailboxes at the south east corner of Broadway and Melpomene. A quarter mile down on Melpomene there is a pile of clippings and Juniper cuttings.

Vehicle Parts left at NW Corner of Vahalla Rd and Valencia Rd between
Street Light Pole and Stop Sign after recent Auto Accident at this intersection that has no light to control traffic. Addtional debris has been accumulating at this corner prior to accident but should also be picked up. Assume the parties that have direct knowledge of the accident do not plan to return to clean-up.
