alley between Matthews and La Cholla obstructed by dumped materials (garbage, mattresses, couches). Ongoing problem. Critical. Alley is becoming unpassable.

Constituent is reporting that the resident of the above address is storing vehicles and trash in the alleyway, blocking it so utility vehicles are unable to make it through the alleyway.

Big pile of debris left by previous construction blocking my right of way into my backyard. I cannot pull my trailer in because the debris are blocking. 2nd time reporting with no action or update provided.

Sealed trash stored in the alleyway w/ bad odor and flies. "On 12-29-2025 I submitted a complaint due to my neighbor Hoarding trash. I listed the corner incorrectly. This neighbor has 5 containters full of trash that is never disposed of. The Smell and Flies are intorable. They also have bags and bags of trash inside the fence."
