The NO TURN ON RED sign is too far back from the stop line to be visible by any vehicle that stops at the stop line. Move the sign to a visible location OR move the stop line back so that the sign can be seen. -

That’s been parked there for three weeks and it’s blocking the stop sign. The existing paint lines have faded away and park users, commuters and local residents have been using the handicapped ramp/space(s) for parking.
