Massive pothole in front of house under construction. The road had never been properly paved after utility work some months ago. I’m hoping my car hasn’t been damaged. Please fix it or put up a barrier so another poor soul doesn’t ruin their car. Difficult to see at night.

Terrible road surface here on eastbound Mt Auburn, in between School St and Boylston St. Seems the patchwork or something has deteriorated and sunken. Please fix asap. Thank you.

The lack of curb or permanent edging around the center circle (utility line pole and city tree) is leading to degradation and breakage of asphalt (worsened by the large waste collection trucks) with huge growing pothole and mud run off.
The asphalt in the center of the circle should be repaired and curb installed.

There are three pot holes, but the two in these images are the largest.

I submitted a claim a few weeks ago and it says my request is "closed" with the comment "done" -- however, none of the potholes along this road have been fixed to my knowledge, but the most important is the dip in the road right at the corner of Arsenal and Beechwood that the trucks "trip" on that causes the houses to rumble. Can you please look into this for us? Thank you so much!
