City of Hammond PLUS

The residents are constantly parking there cars on the front lawn. It is making the neighborhood look trashy . Please ticket it is against Hammond City Ordinance to park vehicles on the front lawn and not paved surfaces.

Sam is still working on snowblowers also buying selling. Inviting people on Facebook openly to stop over by posting his address..

So people stop over random. Sure he isn't license or collecting tax for his sales. Can he do this in a residential area? Have to hear this all the time.

Berry bush growing onto the front sidewalk and huge branch that hangs over the middle of alley from their backyard tree. Apparently the slum lord doesn't want to do anything or hire anyone to take care of these issues when he is making income of this rental.

Rental property and tree in backyard/alley growing into neighbors fence causing the neighbors fence to fall down because of the tree and it is also growing into the power lines.The landlord should be responsible for maintaining these properties. So tired of out of town landlords not doing there part.

Resident complaint. BBQ food truck and large food trailer parked on grass/yard, plates/disabled, vehicles in violation.

Reported every year for the past 3 years

Still broken fence, still broken down boats, still back door boarded up.

Neighbor tore down and rebuilt a portion of their home. They have been burning the old construction materials for at least a week now. I thought open burning was illegal in Hammond.

This needs to be removed asap. Who ever cut down the branches just left it there and that's not a trash spot. Now it's flying around and getting in the way

Overgrown weeds in alley, highly invasive Japanese knotweed getting ready to take over, tree saplings can be seen from alley encroaching on fence in back and side yards

Needs new garage door old one has big hole and animals are coming and going out of garage . Please address.
