Neighbor has stacked garbage at vacant property

This vacant lot continues to be plagued with illegal dumping because the city does not Ever fully clean the lot off, side and front berms ,should be fenced off

This is making the neighborhood look awful Trash is blowing everywhere This is on Herbert between 31st and 30th street This is a side street and its an eye sore when I drive past it

15308604 - I know that this ID number for an old issue has been archived and I don't have current picture of the new illegal dump; however, there has been another legal dump. Whomever is doing this must be coming at night. This dump is right near Citizens Bank on the corner of Chapel near Grand River. I pray we can get a camera or two for this area. This is getting out of hand. I see tires, clothes etc...I truly believe the house that has white siding is doing the dumping, but I have no proof. Please help!
