    The American flag on display at the Graham Parks schools has been flying in disarray for weeks. It is tattered, not properly secured, and not at full mast. There is no light shining on the flag at night. This flag needs to be properly displayed and maintained.

    Eversource/Neurrco recently did work on the street and they paved up areas that they had repaired. As a result, the paving is a mound and not smooth causing stall water to remain from rain. This is causing a backup of water on the street and now with colder temps causing an ice back up because the water can't flow.

    Remedy would be to even out or level patch paving on street in between 7 and 9 Van Norden
