Request that multiple dog “What’s the Bark?” signs be posted on on Danehy Park gravel path at both entrances/exits directly behind the Briston Arms resistance as a safety matter. To publicly display to dog owners that this specific area is not a designated “off-leash” area, fact one being that there are no signs in sight that say the path is for that purpose or a “dog park”, second fact being that it is a LAW that is printed in bold on all animals in the state of Massachusetts that “ Dogs must be leashed at all times, when they go off the owners premise. Dogs me go un-leashed in areas designated dog exercise areas/dog parks, provided they are under the control of their owner/keeper.”

I personally have experienced multiple verbal disputes with owners informing them that this area is not designated to dogs let alone off-leash, and for some dogs and their owners it would make them feel more comfortable especially those who have past traumatic experience in dog parks.

PARKING ISSUES STILL
Mr Drive my car to winter street at 4am and take my bike out of my Jeep and continue onto wherever for the day and return around 2pm. Put my bike back into my Jeep and drive to wherever is STILL PARKING in the TWO HOUR parking area even though he’s there for WAY over TWO HOURS..BUT he is smart these days, also parks in resident parking WITHOUT a sticker! This is NOT a police isssue , it’s a parking enforcement issue!

Rusted out fixtures in the War Memorial / CRLS women's shower stalls. Cold water in the showers, shower curtains need replacing. Overall condition in shower area should be inspected for safety and cleanliness.

My name is Galen and I’ve been living near Danehy Park/St. Peter's Feld for the last several years.

Each night — particularly over the past year — I’ve noticed that the lights in the baseball field across from Cadbury Commons are kept on well into the evening hours, even when nobody is using the field. Upon reading more about the effects these lights have on migrating birds — particularly in spring — I am wondering if city would consider turning them off unless there is an actual need (baseball game, for instance). After reading various posts about this on the neighborhood’s NextDoor pages, it appears to be of vital interest to many other residents, too.

If the lights are on to prevent crime or other wrongdoing, surely there is a better way to use the city’s resources in a way that both saves electricity and the lives of thousands of birds while still keeping the area safe.

Several portable dumpsters with trash and open with no lids all weekend. Why is this allowed. If the city is going to fine residents and home owners then will the school department get a $40 fine.

She actually resides at the residence but refuses to get a MA plate.

The War Memorial pool lights are on overnight Friday April 16 to Saturday April 17. I'm sure this is an oversight -- expensive, a huge waste of energy, and pointless light pollution! Is there an emergency number we who live nearby should call when this happens?

Illegal use of a visitor parking permit. Toyota Land Cruiser has been parking on Norris St. daily all year using the same visitor parking permit. Attached are time stamped photos of the license plate and visitor permit.
