    Request for increased traffic patrol, signage and/or barriers on school days from 2:45 -3:45 pm on Seville Blvd. Numerous vehicles pass traffic illegally where double yellow lines are present. This is dangerous to the children walking home and to all drivers in both directions on Seville Blvd.

    My father lives in Carol Rae Ranch, he has been reporting parking issues due to his disability (sidewalk parking, parking in at the stop signs at Cole Court and Harvard Ave, 3900 Block of Harvard Ave cul-de-sac, Harvard Ave and Douglas Loop stop sign). There are constant SUVs and RV blocking the sidewalk, lanes of traffic, and visibility of vehicles. He is a Covid survivor with little speech, Police expect him to call on his telephone report the situation. Not gonna happen, he is legally disabled, we will start legal proceedings and bring on the ADA and Justice Department to investigate why this is being ignored. We were advised this site is appropriate for his condition, he filed three days in a row the same parking issue, no response from officers in this area. Extra patrol requested for the parking, information provided on tip line, no response no action. This is shameful how Gilbert PD treats people in this development. Channel 15 also is going to be reaching out to show videos and malfeasance of the responding or lack of responding officers.

    Riparian Preserve Gilbert Water Ranch: Large number of mesquite sprouts coming up around the "old" bench at the NE corner of Basin 5. That area was just cleared of vegetation and the rains have sprouted a bunch of mesquite right there. Easy to clear now, will block the bench before long though!

    When traveling southbound on Val Vista over the 202, you for multiple light cycles. With construction closing the left lane after crossing over the 202, it's caused major backups all day long. The traffic exiting eastbound 202 gets the right away and fills up the intersection, when the traffic going straight through the light towards Mercy Rd gets a green light, they just sit there. Only a handful of cars can get through each light cycle crossing over the 202. The light cycle seems to need an adjustment for the second light crossing over the 202 and the Mercy Rd light.

    To Whom It Concern-

    There is a construction work zone present just north of Ray Road along Recker Road that could use a traffic control adjustment. At this moment, left turn movements from NB Recker are prohibited, but not for any traffic design principles that I can deduce in its current traffic phase. I believe this is a carryover from when the traffic phase was configured as 2-way traffic along NB Recker from a few weeks ago. I have seen motorists commit a number of odd traffic movements in order to make a left turn despite the prohibitive signage. In closing, a traffic control set-up similar to Typical Application 25 of the 2009 Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for NB Recker Road approaching Ray Road should be established in order to prevent further incident at this intersection.

    Construction going on on Chandler Heights and Higley Rd. They are putting down white lane paint down earlier and not blocking the road off. I have white paint now on the side and underneath my wheel wells on my car.
